Your Rights as a Consumer

As a consumer its important you know your rights when making purchasing decisions online.

Generally as an Australian Consumer, you have the right to receive what you were lead to expect you would receive (based on the information you were provided or not provided), to enjoy your product for its intended purpose without any major faults and to have any issues reasonably resolved in a reasonable amount of time. Its your responsibility to make sure you read and understand all the information relevant to the purchase  (Including but not limited to: Product Description, Dimensions, Warranty and Guarantees, Shipping Guide, Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and any other relevant information).
