Delays Expected

We have been advised by AUS POST,ย  ARAMEX and Toll that they are experiencing some delays in affected areas in NSW, QLD, VIC, ACT and other regions.

    As an essential service, we continue to remain open and fully operational during lockdown restrictions in areas across Melbourne, NSW, Canberra and other regions.


    Greater Sydney COVID lockdown update

    As the COVID lockdown continues across Greater Sydney, Aramex remains fully operational and ready to deliver for you.

    We continue to comply with all health and safety directives. Our Courier Franchisees and depot team adhere to our COVID-safe plan, which includes the compulsory wearing of masks, hand sanitising and social distancing.

    We are currently experiencing some delays and significantly increased demand. We are working hard to minimise delays.

    Please be aware that after an unsuccessful delivery attempt, we will leave a calling card and attempt a redelivery. Please do not come to the depot to collect the parcel.

    If your parcel is being delivered to an address which is not currently open (for example, a non-essential business that is closed due to the lockdown), you may choose to arrange a redirection to an alternate address.

Toll:

  • We are currently experiencing some service delays due to the challenging circumstances we face from tightened COVID restrictions. Specifically our road service transit times for our Toll IPEC and Intermodal/Specialised services have been temporarily extended by 1 day. Additionally, there is a 24 hour industrial action planned for Friday 27 August at all Toll depots/branches. Our teams are committed to keeping freight moving, however there will be some inevitable disruptions and delays. We encourage you to revisit this page on a regular basis to stay informed of service changes.
